This was a fun shoot for me as I think this is possible the oldest home I’ve ever shot. Back in the desert we considered anything built in the 80’s was ancient. I loved the fact that this house seems to still have the original door handles on all of the doors. Older homes have so much character. Though this property had a bomb shelter I didn’t get the nerve to go down into it to photograph anything…
New construction can be a difficult to photograph. There are several stages to constructing a home, typically I’m called in at the very last part however, this property is still has a little ways to go. I offer a discount to go back to the property and take final images for new construction homes.
This is only my second time in the town of Vonore. Last week we took the kids to Vonore Beach – which was fantastic! This home was located in the Kahite area in Vonore. Just a few blocks away from The Links at Kahite Golf Course. Looks like fun, definitely going on my short list to play this 18 hole course. Though I never really have much luck with Links golf courses, I love to play them.
I shot this home for Tom Gongola with Crye-Leike Realty in Loudon TN.
